Welcome to Whoside. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Use of the App

Whoside is an AI-powered tool that allows users to analyze WhatsApp chat exports to generate emotional and relational insights. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

2. Subscription and Billing

Whoside offers optional paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple account and renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store settings.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of your uploaded chat data. We do not sell or share this data. All processing is handled securely to deliver analysis results.

4. AI Responses

Whoside uses AI-generated insights. These are meant for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only, and should not be interpreted as professional advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any analysis. Use of the app is at your own risk.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept any changes.
